Arctic weather conditions and limited capacity in Greenland may cause traffic delays resulting in interruptions, limitations or changes to your itinerary. This may result in extra expenses to cover meals, hotel accommodation and/or transportation not foreseen in the programme. Such expenses have to be paid directly by passengers themselves. Regent Holidays cannot accept any responsibility, economic or otherwise for such chnages. When booking, clients agree to these special conditions.

Excursions may be pre-booked or booked locally upon arrival with Destination Guides. The information we provide is correct at the time of booking but due to many factors excursions can be cancelled and/or altered at short notice. Regent Holidays cannot be held responsible should this happen. Due to the complicated nature of Greenland holidays you may not be with the same clients throughout your itinerary and occcassionally you may be the only clients on the trip for a day or two but you will always be looked after by a guide.
