Gulfoss is a picturesque waterfall located in the southern countryside known as the 'Queen' of Icelandic waterfalls.

The Geysir geothermal area is where you will find the active Geysir 'Strokkur' which spouts every 15 minutes. This area is bubbling with activity and there are hot springs in abundance.

Thingvellir National Park is the site of Icelands oldest parliament founded in 930 'The Allthing'. Thingvellir is situated on the tectonic plate boundries of the Mid-Atlantic Ridge.
