Capture the very essence of South Iceland’s varied landscape, a region of lush farmland, striking waterfalls, sandy coastlines, glaciers and quaint towns and villages. During this tour you will have the opportunity to stand behind a plummeting waterfall, walk along a beach of black sand, gaze at a natural rock formation and feel the amazing power of a glacier (if road conditions allow). A stop will be made for lunch (optional) at Vik i Myrdal, Iceland’s southernmost village, a beautiful place, surrounded by high bird cliffs, full of life in the Spring and Summer months. Here we will also pay a visit the unique Skogarsafn Museum of Transportation before returning to Reykjavik. A truly fulfilling experience and a great way to spend a day in Iceland!

Must be booked in advance. Including a free pick-up service from all hotels & guesthouses in the Reykjavik area.
All admission fees to sites visited are included. Meals/refreshments not included.
