Located north eastern part of Iceland is Husavik. The whale watching capital of Europe, Husavik has also many activities that would entice those who are into fishing or merely hiking.

On a clear day one can see north to the island of Grimsey on the Arctic Circle from Husavik mountain (417 m above sea level).
